Iyengar Slow Yoga
6-week class series

Don’t take our word for it—come see for yourself! This class is geared for beginning students and those who are new to the Iyengar method. As it provides an introduction to the foundational yoga poses, it will prepare you to understand the types of instruction and language you will hear in our regular Iyengar Yoga classes. This introductory series may be taken multiple times.
Our introductory series acquaints students new to the Iyengar method with the fundamentals of yoga postures and lays the foundation for practice and progression to Level I classes.
ENROLLMENT IS LIMITED FOR THESE CLASSES. WE ENCOURAGE EARLY PRE-REGISTRATION.
