Practice a restorative yoga sequence supported by props to allow you to completely relax and rest. Held for 5 minutes or more, these poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends.
A Yoga Nidra practice is a form of guided meditation in which you intentionally focus your attention on different parts of the body.
Both practices cultivate equilibrium and release, helping you conserve and consolidate energy and relax the entire nervous system.
This workshop is open to all levels of students with some yoga experience.
