Ahimsa, nonviolence, and satya, truthfulness, are two of the Yamas—ethical standards defined in the Yoga Sutras—that we practice on and off the mat. To fully and safely benefit from a class, choose a level that corresponds to where you are right now in your yoga practice. This will change as you continue to practice, but start where you are! Below is a list of classes by level.

Beginner
